I cannot say enough about this lovely hotel. From the moment you walk in the staff is very welcoming. The hotel is impeccable, clean and the service is beyond wonderful. It was a last-minute decision to stay at this hotel and we are so lucky that we did. Julia, the concierge is very friendly and informative. She recommended some excellent restaurants.Enrique and JonLuca are very accommodating. The restaurant staff is amazing and so is the food. Great breakfast buffet. Everything is very clean and well kept. They also have a wonderful spa. Beautiful pool area I can’t wait for my next trip to Sorrento, I will definitely stay there again.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The service was impeccable, the room was spotless, the food was amazing, and the sky lounge views are priceless. Everyone we encountered was very hospitable and Giusy was amazing. It was our 10 year anniversary and she arranged for a surprise bottle of champagne and a fruit basket on a very short notice for us. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, amazing location, perfect amenities! It also smells wonderful ✨ I did not know what to expect when I found out the hotel had just opened, but we were blown away! The rooms are clean and tidy also nice and spacious. The breakfast is soooo yummy. The pool area is DIVINE we are gutted we aren’t laying out there today 😩 The location is also perfect - just a 1 minute walk and you are in the middle of the square. The staff are super helpful and polite. Literally no faults and I am very fussy!!!! Thank you Ara Maris 💙

Extremely qualified and professional staff. Large rooms with terrace. Comfortable bed, very well-kept bathroom and amenities. Magnificent Sky Lounge with breathtaking views. Expert barman, special cocktails, in particular Vesuvio and Sorrento, embellished with the chef's exquisite ideas. Among the strong points is the breakfast with a wide sweet and savory choice, don't miss the buffalo milk yoghurt. The relaxation area consists of a large swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers, well-kept garden. The SPA complete with hot pool with hydromassage, sauna and Turkish bath with a wide choice of massages. Congratulations to the director who is always careful to guarantee the highest quality of the entire structure. We will certainly return to repeat this wonderful experience.

We were guests for three days in this hotel and we are already missing the way we were, there isn't a single flaw I can mention, I think we were the first to inaugurate our room and it smelled new and clean everywhere you went. Highly courteous staff, a pleasant place where you can really rest your mind, super and complete breakfast in every way. The spacious, sunny rooms, view of Vesuvius, is located in the center of beautiful Sorrento, I have already asked my husband to return as soon as possible
